He is survived by: his wife Shirley Stinnett Hume of Taylorsville; his children, Bobby Hume (Beth) of Lawrenceburg, Ronnie Hume (Patsy) of Lawrenceburg, Barry Hume (Denise) of Little Mount, Melva Hill of Shelbyville and Duane Hume (Valorie) of Taylorsville; and his sisters, Ethel Gross of Georgetown, Reba Chamberlain of Franklin, Betty Carol Montgomery of Dayton, Barbara Howard of Lexington, Bertha Meacham of Lexington and Shalimar Christian of Lexington. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
