It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Spears (Taylorsville, Kentucky), born in Spencer, New York, who passed away on July 21, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Sparrow and Sadie Romine Sparrow; and her husband Jack Woodson Spears. She is survived by: her son Craig Spears (Martha Ann) of Elk Creek; her brother Cecil Sparrow of Saint Johns, Florida; her grandchildren, Jack Spears of Taylorsville, Adam Spears (Sarah) of Simpsonville, Ben Spears (Casey) of Taylorsville and Leah Grey (Jake) of Elk Creek; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Cooper, Matthew and Violet.
