She is survived by: her children, Wade Farlowe of Louisville, Dennis Scott Lewis (Lisa) of Lexington, Toby Douglas Lewis (Patsy) of Taylorsville, Connie Ann Schafer of Taylorsville, Tracy Diane Ethington of Shelbyville and Sharon Kay Watts of Jeffersontown; her stepchildren, Bill Hollan (Ruth Ann) of Taylorsville and Julia Ann Wilson of Beattyville; and her brother Clarence Franklin Barnett (Janet) of Taylorsville. She is also survived by her fourteen grandchildren, her twenty-one great-grandchildren, and her four great-great-grandchildren.
