He is survived by: his wife Beverly Lewis; his children, Cova Lewis Lopez (Isaac) of Lebanon, Tonya Lewis Moreno (Arturo) of Shelbyville, Tiffany Lewis Ruiz (Fernando) of Taylorsville and Larry Allen Lewis (Kimberly) of Taylorsville; and his siblings, Diane Curtsinger of Fairfield, Elsie Lariane Bagshaw (Donald) of Taylorsville, Charles William Lewis of Taylorsville and Ronald Lee Lewis (Wanda) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
