She was predeceased by: her daughter Victoria Elaine; her husband William "Bill" Johnson; and her sister June Marie Ward. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Lewis; her sisters, Mary Ellen Followell and Dr. Jean Harber; and her pet Bella.
