She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Louis and Nettie Bell Johnson O'Brien; her daughter Colleen Harris; and her sister Alona Truax. She is survived by: her daughter Gina McIntosh (Eddy) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Jacob McIntosh (Brooke), Ethan McIntosh and Audra Harris; and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Annabella McIntosh and Tesla Harris.
