We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 84, Josephine Redmon Chesser of Taylorsville, Kentucky, born in Spencer, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Redmon and Pearl Jewell Sidney Redmon; her husband Sabe Thomas; her siblings, Charles Redmon, Paul "Buck" Redmon, Pauline Crowe, Virginia McClain and Coraphine Rogers; and her great grandchild William Thomas Chesser.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne T. Chesser (Nancy) of Mooresville, Charlene Coulter (Victor) of Taylorsville and Phyllis Oliver (Tim) of Fisherville; and her brother Leon Redmon (Elaine) of Corydon, Indiana. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; her eighteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
