He was predeceased by : his parents, William Hayes and Generose Hayes (Sanders). He is survived by : his daughter Hannah Hayes Berger (Alex); his stepdaughter Sarah Berna; his former life partner Brenda Clemons (Sam); his grandchildren, Jonathan Michael Berger and Elliana Rose Berger; his son Jonathan Andrew Hayes, II; his siblings, Jim Hayes (Diane) and Jennifer Williams (Pat English); and his pets, Morgan, Savannah, Medusa and KiKi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
The family requests that contributions in Jonathan's memory be made to the family in the name of Hannah Hayes Berger.
