He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Gisele Marie Stover; his parents, Robert Wesley Stover and Myrtle Lee Stover; his siblings, Margaret Stover, Mary Kardols, Robert Stover and Evelyn Spann; his children, John Robert Stover, Tiffany Nicole Decker, Jessica Marie Stover and Dustin Lee Stover; and his granddaughter Skye Gisele Stover.
