He was predeceased by: his father Ray Chesser; and his siblings, Edna Sharp, Artie, Pauline, Ophis and Guthrie Chesser.
He is survived by: his wife Bettie Stump Chesser; his daughters, Deanna Jo Shepherd (Bob) of Taylorsville and Angela Jean Helton of Taylorsville; his brother Jerry Chesser (Lynne) of Morganfield, KY.; and his sister-in-law Wanda Chesser of Willisburg. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Little Mount Baptist Church Building Fund.
