He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Bleemel (Dennis), Pam Eisenback (Danny) and Dana Peak (Gilbert); and his sisters, Jerri Bolin (Donnie) and Janet Turner. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
