He was predeceased by: his father Clayton Russell; and his grandmother Mae Tomerlin. He is survived by: his wife Donna Russell; his sons, Jeffery B. and Eric T. Russell; his mother Alice Russell; and his brother Tommy G. Russell.

Due to the pandemic all services will be private.
