We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Janice Lynn Perkins (Taylorsville, Kentucky), born in Harlan, Kentucky. She was predeceased by: her husband Randell Eugene Perkins; her parents, Eulis Saylor and Daisy Hilbert Saylor; and her brothers, Bobby and Junior Saylor.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Judd (Tammy), Dewayne Judd, Randell Perkins (Christy), Tammie Saylor Melton and Shay Marie Perkins; and her siblings, Billy, Ronnie Saylor, Sue Caudill and Eva Morgan. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
