She is survived by: her daughter Jane Marie Wix of Jackson, KY; and her brothers, Harry Perry (Denise) of Port Royal, KY, Keith Perry (Erika) of Louisville, KY and Bryan Perry of Shelbyville, KY. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
