James Gary Rose Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Gary Rose of Taylorsville, Kentucky, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Bessie Mae Lewis Rose; and his sister Sharon Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Rose (Jason Railey) of Mt. Eden, Gary Rose of Taylorsville and James Rose of Taylorsville; his stepchildren, Rhonda Palmer (Terry) of Lebanon, Kathy Cotton (Mike) of Bardstown, Nancy Lewis (Tommy) of Taylorsville, Charles Nation of Taylorsville and Dale Nation (Gayle) of Lebanon; his siblings, Larry Rose (Sue) of Taylorsville and Judy Jewell of Taylorsville; and his brother-in-law Keith Lewis of Taylorsville. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
