He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen McCall and Jessie Bivens McCall; and his significant other Carol Maddox McCall. He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn Jane Smallenburg (Michael) of Frankfort, James Allen McCall, Jr. (Gwen) of Taylorsville and Dawn Michele Johnston (Johnny) of Elk Creek; his granddaughter Lauren Whitney Johnston; and his great grandchild Cameron McCall Hawthorne.
