He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Fisher and Mary Fisher; and his brother Cecil Fisher. He is survived by: his siblings, Irene Huff (Steve), William Fisher (Janice) and Marty Fisher; and his uncle Glen Cable (Clara). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
