We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2025, at the age of 69, Imogene Chesser of Taylorsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Couch and Elzia Hudson Couch; and her siblings, Robin Couch, Elsie Mae Noble and Joy Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Upchurch (Tommy) of Taylorsville, Crystal Yates (James) of Taylorsville, Donald Chesser of Taylorsville and Stephen Chesser (Tammy) of Taylorsville; and her siblings, Betty Ragsdale (Jimmy) of Oklahoma, Terri Vires of Taylorsville, Bobby Couch (Jody) of Louisville, Stevie Couch (Carolyn) of Springfield, Eugene Couch (Margaret) of Bloomfield, Carl Gross (Maudie) of Arkansas and Matt Gross of Georgia. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home (101 Reasor Ave, Taylorsville, KY 40071). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
