She was predeceased by: her brothers, David, Phillip and Ricky Curtsinger. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Shelburne (Jessie Ray) of Mt. Eden, Lisa Gardner (Junnie) of Mt. Eden, Libby White (Jamie) of Taylorsville, Julie Logston of Taylorsville, Robbie Maddox (Anna) of Bloomfield and Jeff Maddox (Rhonda) of Taylorsville; and her siblings, Sue Welch of Taylorsville, Peggy Clark of Coxs Creek, Roy Curtsinger (Donna) of Bardstown and Billy Curtsinger (Howard Prewitt) of Bardstown. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
