He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Roland Lewis and Mattie Surene "Haydon" Lewis; and his children, Tracie Lewis and Thomas Pierce. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Keown (Tim) and Kenneth Pierce (Jessica); his siblings, Clara Dadi (Biratu), Charlotte Lewis, Sharon Shiekhi, Richard Lewis and Micheal Lewis; and his grandchildren, Michaela, Celise, Kadie Keown, Nick, Jessica, Kara Lewis, Kate, Emily Graft, Kenneth Pierce Jr., Elissa Pierce, Haley Pierce and Dylan Pierce.
