He is survived by: his wife Barbara Donnelly; his stepchildren, Emily Moore (Perry), Thomas Michael Noonan, IV (Charly) and William Noonan (Anita); his stepgrandchildren, Hailey, Hannah, Isabella, Corbin, Rueben, Tommy and Audrey; and his brother Robert E. Swan (Janet).
