It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Garry Bishop of Taylorsville, Kentucky, born in Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 26, 2020, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Bishop (Horton); and his brother Barry Michael Goodin. He is survived by: his father Levon Bishop; his wife Teresa Bishop; his children, Danielle Bishop, Shannon Craig (Kyle) and Cameron Bishop; his grandchildren, William Bishop, Kathryn Bishop, Feydra Sulk and Kennedy Sulk; and his sister Tonya Bishop.
Masks are encouraged at the funeral home and visitors may need to wait to allow for appropriate social distancing.
The family requests that contributions in Garry's memory be made to Active Heroes (activeheroes.org), a veterans' service organization committed to suicide prevention.
