He was predeceased by: his mothers, Emily Kaminski Dombrowski and Theresa Marie Nass Dombrowski; and his grandson Joseph Dombrowski. He is survived by: his children, Frank J. Dombrowski, Jr. (June) of Philadelphia, Alex Dombrowski (Linda) of Bensalem, Joyce Hinkle (Bob) of Taylorsville and John Dombrowski of Waddy, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Bob Hinkle, Jr., Melissa Dombrowski, Joshua Hinkle, Shannon Williams, Brian Dombrowski, Amy Dombrowski, Jennifer Dombrowski, Michael Dombrowski, Kyle Dombrowski and John Dombrowski, Jr.. He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren.

Social distancing will be required and anyone entering and visiting in the church will be required to wear a mask.
