She was predeceased by: her parents, William Noah and Anna Belle Wells Leach; and her spouses, Clytes Whitworth and Jimmie P. Chandler. She is survived by: her sons, Gary C. Whitworth (Nancy) of Stephenville and Mike Whitworth of Taylorsville; her sister Iva Mae Young of Harrodsburg; her grandchildren, Sarah Ansley (Jerromy) of Stephenville, Christopher Whitworth (Christi) of Stephenville, Amanda Whitworth Turner (Robert) of Lexington and Casey Wayne Whitworth (Alicia) of Williamsburg; her great grandchildren, Jadie SeChrist, Caleb Fields, Dalton Ansley, Mackenzie Ansley, Mason Turner, Grayson Whitworth, Landon Whitworth, Collin Turner, Tyler Voorhies, Chrysann Whitworth, Charity Whitworth, Alyssa Whitworth and William Whitworth; and her great great grandchildren, Jodyn SeChrist, Jovella SeChrist and Josiah SeChrist.
