It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Jane Smith of Taylorsville, Kentucky, born in Campton, Kentucky, who passed away on September 8, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Sherman Smith; her son Terry Scott Smith; her parents, Pearl B. Bowman and William H. Carson; her stepfather Jack Bowman; and her siblings, Marie Carson and William Carson.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Heintz, Jane Maxwell and Donnie Smith; her granddaughter Janet Nation; her great grandchildren, Gavin and Aurora Nation; and her niece Rayleen Kennedy.
