It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Reid Hilbert of Taylorsville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hilbert, Sr. and Clara Viers Hilbert; and his brothers, Ray Hilbert and Ronnie Hilbert. He is survived by: his wife Jean A. Hofelich Hilbert; his daughters, Cassandra Hilbert (Peter Kuhl) and Catherine Hilbert; his sisters, Gail Rapp and Rita Berryhill; his grandchildren, Hannah Johnson, Ella Johnson and Curtis Hagman; his nephews, Danny Hilbert (Debbie) and Jeffrey Hilbert; and his niece Sherry Shouse (Mike). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
