He is survived by: his sons, David Wayne Prather (Vicky) of Washington Co and Brian Scott Prather (Betty Hawkins) of Taylorsville; his granddaughters, Nancy Thompson, Patricia Martorano (Raymond), Kathy Kelton (Jeff), Andrea Etheridge (Andy) and Belinda Ross Ritchie; and his siblings, Marilyn Lois Yates (JL) of Nelson County, Billy Marshall Prather (Mary) of Taylorsville and Norma Jean Hilbert of Taylorsville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
