He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugeneth Jefferson and Rosa Elizabeth Sharp Waldridge; his sons, Kevin Maddox and Steven Waldridge; and his siblings, Eddie Waldridge, Billy Waldridge and Sharon Kay Waldridge.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bell Waldridge; his children, Donna Carter of Willisburg, Rhonda Price of Bardstown, Tonya Robinson of Bardstown, Rose Ann Bentley (Brian) of Taylorsville, Roderick Waldridge (Gaye) of Taylorsville, AJ Waldridge (Gladys) of Taylorsville, Anthony Waldridge (Christy) of Willisburg, Marvin Maddox of Mt. Washington and Wilbert Armstrong (Sandy) of Taylorsville; and his siblings, Charlotte Reynolds of Taylorsville, Roger Waldridge (Rose) of Taylorsville and Glenn Waldridge of New Castle. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
