Delano was loved and cherished by many people including: wife Velma Mahoney Barnett; children, Byron Keith (Becky), Kenneth Allen Barnett (Laurie), Rhonda Louise Maddix (Danny) and Tonya Dale Lanning (Mark); and siblings, J. C. Barnett, Teddy Barnett, Dola Hoskins and Lunette Smith. Delano was also cherished by eleven grandchildren & one great granddaughter.
