He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Stanley Collins. He is survived by: his wife Heather Collins; his children, Ashley Collins of Alexandria, KY., John Collins (Fawn) of Louisville and Zachary Collins of Taylorsville; his mother Delores Collins of Louisville; his sister Catherine Lynn Bauder of Buckner; and his grandchildren, Tripp and Easter Collins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenwell-Houghlin Funeral Home (101 Reasor Ave, Taylorsville, KY 40071). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
