Eden and Billy Puckett of Taylorsville; his siblings, Marie Tinnell (Boyce) of Taylorsville, Shirley McClain of Taylorsville, Betty Bentley (David) of Taylorsville, Dolly Hart (Buster) of Mt. Washington and David Lee Shelburne (Alisa) of Taylorsville; and his grandchildren, Justin Shelburne, Victoria Shelburne, Savanna Taylor, Pamela Schneider, Grady Casada, Evie Marie Casada and Braxton Shelburne. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
