He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Connie Decker (Bruce) and Thomas Burnett (Debbie); his granddaughters, Jennifer, Raquel and Cindy; his brother Carlos Burnett; his parents, Ike Burnett and Annie Burnett (Ryherd); his siblings, Ado, Earl, Ray, Lester, Mary and Jessie Pearl; and his great grandchild Hunter.

Due to COVID-19, visitation is restricted to the immediate family.
