He is survived by: his wife Leigh Ann Allen of Taylorsville; his children, Emma Allen of Louisville, Jack Allen of Taylorsville, Harrison Allen of Taylorsville and Caroline Allen of Taylorsville; his stepsons, Dustin Donahue of Shepherdsville and Devin Donahue of Shepherdsville; his father David Allen; his stepmother Sandra Allen of Bardstown; his mother Sally Allen of Taylorsville; and his brothers, Anthony David Allen of Los Angeles and Shawn Burchett (Mary) of Elizabethtown.
