He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Martin and Mary Alma Smith Carrico; his wife Mary Mauritia Sims Carrico; his daughter Kimberly Zepernick; his siblings, Thomas B. Carrico, Joseph Manuel Carrico and Jane Marie Carrico; and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Wimsatt (Bobby O'Daniel) and Magdaline Carrico.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Wilma Hill of Taylorsville; his daughter Alicia Fackler (Dennis) of Taylorsville; his siblings, Mary Della Wimsatt, James Patrick Carrico, Paul Benedict Carrico, Elizabeth Louise Cornish (David), Mary Lois O'Daniel, Joseph Louis Carrico (Donna), Martha Rose Spalding (Jimmy), Francis Jerry Carrico (Debbie) and James Ronald Carrico (Alice); his sister-in-law Carolyn Carrico; his grandchildren, Ashley Wooldridge (Nick) of Louisville, Lucy Fackler of Taylorsville and Ben Fackler of Taylorsville; and his great grandchild Adaline Sue Wooldridge.
A vigil service will be held at funeral home at 6:00 P.M. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
