He is survived by: his children, Crystal Barr (Troy) of Mount Washington and Chris Ethington (Niki) of Taylorsville; his siblings, Larry Ethington (Pam) of Mount Washington and Patti Long (Danny) of Shepherdsville; his grandchildren, Billy, Jade, Summer, Bailey and Kemper; his great grandchild Colton; and the mother of his children Mary Ruth Ethington of Taylorsville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
