She is survived by: her sons, Walter Wiggins (Sarah) of Mt Sterling and James Wiggins (Kristy) of Mt Sterling; her siblings, Kathy Martin (Mike) of Taylorsville, KY, Harlan Leber (Patricia) of Anchorage and James Leber (Mary Jo) of Carrolton, VA.; her grandchildren, Arya and Marcos; and her caregivers, Suzanna, Mike Simpson, Diana Perry Coffey, Scott and Michelle Douglas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations to the Humane Society of Kentucky be made in remembrance of Carol.
