He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Julian Watkins and Gladys Watkins Hornback; and his parents-in-law, Torry and Irma McGeorge. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Watkins; his children, April and Robert Jonathan Watkins; his sisters, Linda McIntyre and Brenda Brown (Tom); and his brothers-in-law, Danny, Donnie and Rickie McGeorge. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
