We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021, at the age of 75, Beulah Maddox of Taylorsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alvin and Lillie Pearl Nichelson Stevens; her husband Thomas "Butch" Maddox; her daughter Melinda Travis; and her siblings, Kenneth Stevens, Janice Chesser, Shirley Rogers, Barbara Hardin, Mildred Hardin, William Stevens, Sandra Stevens and Rita Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Maddox of Taylorsville; her sister Joyce Donovan (Danny) of Taylorsville; her grandchildren, Heather Travis of Taylorsville, Bradley Travis (Shellie) of Las Vegas, NV. and Adam Hardin of Taylorsville; and her great grandchildren, Meliya, Greyson and Luna. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
