We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 75, Beulah Burgin of Taylorsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Riggs and Mary Newton Riggs; and her husband Fredrick Joseph "Fred" Burgin, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Fred Burgin, Jr. (Rita) of Taylorsville and Becky Hornung (James) of Charlestown, IN.; and her sisters, Betty Smith of Mt. Washington, Faye Smith of Ohio and Grace Flannery of Mt. Washington. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
