It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Carpenter of Taylorsville, Kentucky, born in Spencer, New York, who passed away on April 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father David Carpenter; and her siblings, David Jr., James, William Roy, Mary Elizabeth, Lucinda, Della Mae, Judy, Ella Louise, Juanita, Ethel and Cora Joyce.

She is survived by: her sister Mary Charles Carpenter of Louisville; and her cousin Pat Murphy (Greg). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
