He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Berry (Thomas Lee) and Ivy Rogers (David); and his siblings, Diane Curtsinger of Fairfield, Lorraine Bagshaw (Donald) of Waterford, Ronald Lewis (Wanda) of Bloomfield, Darrell Lewis (Beverly) and Charles Lewis.
