He was predeceased by: his parents, James Osborne and Ruby Osborne; his brothers, Henry Osborne and Lenna Osborne; and his brother-in-law Phillip Durham.

He is survived by: his sister Ruby Osborne; his nephew James Ellis Osborne, III; and his cousins, Janet Pack, Vonda Osborne, Donna Conway and Rose Connelly. He is also survived by other cousins, family and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Schoppenhorst, Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Buckingham Family Cemetery.
