She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Farris and Thelon Basham Farris; and her brothers, John, Oval and Marion Farris.
She is survived by: her sisters, Cuba Lee Woosley, Maxine Richards and Diane Tilford; her sons, James Ray Cummings of Taylorsville and Charles Lynn Cummings of Corryton, TN; and her grandchildren, Tamala Cummings Crady of Finchville, KY, DeeDee Cummings Miller of Taylorsville and Matthew Cummings of LaGrange, KY. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
