She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde V. Smith; her parents, Charles Wilson and Margaret Wilson; and her sisters, Mary Ann Meiman and Jo Ann Schoborg.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Smith (Jayne), Rae Jean Hiller (Geno) and Jan Steele (Rich); and her grandchildren, Cassidy Kastensmidt (Trent), Max Smith, Lauren Nutini (Brandon), Andrea Fornadley (Jeff), Nick Hiller (Kara), Malorie Steele and Savannah Powell (Nate). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
