He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Harlan and Betty Harlan; his sister Barbara Harlan; his wife Barbara Wischer Harlan; his sons, Christopher Harlan (Christina) and Darrell Harlan; his siblings, Jo Neal (Denton), Roy Harlan (Brenda) and Randell Harlan (Sue); and his grandchildren, Sierra, Blake, Gabby, Josephine and Hayden.
