She is survived by: her daughter Mandy Thomas of Taylor Mill, KY; her mother Betty Lawrence of Burlington; her brothers, James Lawrence (Missy) of Burlington and Gary Exterkamp of Louisville; her grandson Tristan Thomas; her great grandchild Savannah; and her niece Tara Rachuba (Brett) of Burlington, KY. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
