He was predeceased by: his father Buford Patton; his brother David Patton; his grandparents, Eugene, Ida Patton, John Albert and Wavie Foster; his parents-in-law, Henry and Mary Sebastian; and his sister-in-law Brenda Schadler.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Patton; his children, Michael Patton, Jr. and Laura Patton of Taylor Mill, KY; his mother Gurdeen Patton; his siblings, Karen Orcutt (Tom) of Taylor Mill, KY, Eric Patton (Kathy) of Morning View, KY and Paul Sebastian of Jackson, KY; his sister-in-law Dianne Sebastian of Taylor Mill, KY; and also Mike. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; several aunts and uncles; as well as many close friends.
