Forsyth; and his children, Cindy Easler (Mark), Joseph Forsyth (Karen), Mary Elizabeth Forsyth, Tina Thompson (Blair), Terri Ruark (Joe), Michael Iacobucci (Lisa), David Iacobucci (Linda), Eric Iacobucci and Vincent Iacobucci (Jeannetta). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
