He is survived by: his wife Susan Collins; his daughters, Arianna Collins, Alexandra Collins, Olivia Collins, Sophia Collins and Stella Collins; his parents, Randall Collins and Carol Collins; his sister Laura Collins; his grandfather Franklin Taggart; and his mother-in-law Terri Gebauer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
