She was predeceased by: her husband Henry E. Sebastian; her daughters, Brenda S. Schadler and Mary Beth Sebastian; and her siblings, Paul, Chester A., Cecil Ed Turner, Wilma Jane, Ann Ola and Martha R. Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Paul E. Sebastian, Dianne A. Sebastian and Phyllis Sebastian Patton (Mike); her grandchildren, Zachary E. Schadler (Jackie), Leann Sebastian Hogg (Chase), Michael W. Patton and Laura E. Patton; her great grandchildren, Halle G. Hogg and Cora S. Schadler; and her siblings, James D., Wilburn B., Jasper L., William A. Turner and Grace W. Turner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
